Management Analyst (5603)

Ghostrock Systems Development LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader is searching for a Management Analyst to join our Team in Indian Head, MD.

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate information for program or project managers.
• Develop solutions to improve management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods, and resource utilization.
• Draft milestones, compile and analyze metrics, conduct studies, and communicate findings.

Position Requirements:

• Junior: 2 years (BA/BS desired; AA/AS plus 2 years may substitute for BA/BS).
• Mid: 7 years (BA/BS desired; AA/AS plus 4 years may substitute).
• Senior: >10 years (Master's desired; BA/BS plus 5 years may substitute).
• Experience in engineering/science management, operations research, or cost analysis desired.
• Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs/operations desired (senior/mid).
• Minimum Security Clearance: SECRET (Senior: Top Secret required).
