Job Title: Quality Data Analyst
Location : Auburn Hills, MI
Job Description:
Support Technical Service Operations (TSO) by delivering data-driven insights, scalable reporting solutions, and structured documentation of internal processes across warranty and aftersales programs. This role is responsible for building and maintaining Power BI reporting, executing complex queries in Snowflake and SAS, and supporting ad hoc analytics requests for internal stakeholders and external partners, while also developing and maintaining clear, standardized documentation of TSO data processes, reporting logic, and workflows to ensure consistency, transparency, and repeatability
