Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Line Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Production Line Worker, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards and are produced efficiently. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and clean production line equipment and machinery according to astandard operating procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, following all safety and operational protocols. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors immediately. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Willingness to work in flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
