Location: Morgantown, WV, US, 26505 Hickory, NC, US, 28601 Company: United Bank Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in a professional Auditing, Compliance and/or Credit discipline or in a Banking Examiner role required High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree in business management finance, information systems, or related area highly desired. Strong knowledge and application of industry regulatory controls and reporting required Experience with data management tools and applications, including process mapping and lineage toolsets highly desired Prior experience with quality control processes and procedures, as well as data quality concepts and best practices, and ability to effectively enforce Proficiency in MS Microsoft Office products is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize work that relates to time sensitive matters and managing workload properly Ability to effectively interact and ensure compliance with all levels of staff within organization Ability to identify and resolve situations utilizing sound judgement and decision making Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to understand and apply complex data governance concepts KEY COMPETENCIES: Essential Functions: Sitting for extended periods of time. Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components. Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
