We're looking for an experienced, driven Commercial Construction Project Manager who knows how to take a project from preconstruction to successful close-out and has the leadership, communication, and construction expertise to make it happen.

This is a hands-on leadership role managing ground-up and remodel commercial construction projects while working closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, clients, and internal teams.

What You'll Own

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final close-out.
• Own project schedule, budget, quality, safety, documentation, and client satisfaction
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, scopes, and project requirements.
• Lead subcontractor bid review, buyout, contracting, and change-order processes.
• Monitor project costs and take action early when financial issues arise.
• Build and maintain project schedules and drive critical milestones.
• Partner with the Superintendent to keep field operations moving efficiently.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, utilities, and other stakeholders.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, purchase orders, change orders, reports, and project records.
• Hold subcontractors and project team members accountable for performance and deliverables.
• Maintain high standards for workmanship, quality, safety, and professionalism.
• Communicate proactively with clients and Senior Management.
• Lead a smooth and professional project close-out and turnover.

What You Bring

• Experience with ground-up and remodel projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, cost control, and documentation.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership and team-management ability.
• Experience with construction management software, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office, and related technology preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
