HTI is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager for a growing manufacturing facility in Summerville, SC. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources and Safety functions at the plant, partnering closely with leadership and employees to support recruiting, employee relations, compliance, training, and workplace safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing HR experience, hands-on leadership skills, and familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP. What We Offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holiday schedule Tuition reimbursement program Leadership opportunity within a stable and growing manufacturing organization Collaborative team environment with strong operational support Opportunity to lead both HR and Safety functions for the facility Long-term career growth potential within the organization What You Need Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Human Resources management experience in a manufacturing environment OR equivalent combination of education and experience Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience Working knowledge of: Employment law and compliance OSHA and workplace safety Wage and hour administration Benefits administration Workers' compensation EEO regulations and HR policies Experience leading recruiting and retention efforts for both hourly and salaried employees ADP experience strongly preferred Experience with HRIS systems, payroll administration, and employee records management Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Experience supervising and developing HR staff preferred What Your Role Will Look Like Lead all Human Resources functions for the manufacturing facility Manage recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee relations, and performance management activities Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, supervisors, and employees on HR matters Oversee plant safety programs, reporting, investigations, safety meetings, and compliance initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements Lead training initiatives and employee development programs Manage HR and Safety department budgets and related expenditures Support audits, reporting, and documentation requirements Supervise and mentor HR team members while fostering a positive workplace culture Partner with operations leadership to support workforce planning and plant goals Maintain HR records, systems, and reporting accuracy Employment Type: Full Time
