Perks and benefits

$0-$21 per hour to start
Monday to Friday Schedule
8am-5pm schedule with 1 hour lunch
Permanent position (Temp to hire)
Increases and benefits upon hire

What you will be doing

Processing company orders and Providing product quotes
Taking inbound emails and calls on vendor or customer inquires
Providing and generating PO's
Producing invoicing and following up on billing accounts
Handling all Vendor and Client inquires - issuing credits when needed
Filing all associated paperwork
Review and Respond to emails professionally and quickly

Must have skills

1-3 years of prior CSR role within a manufacturing or production environment
Proficient with MS office or Google Suite
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Outgoing, upbeat with a customer focus

Nice to have skills

Bi-Lingual English/Spanish
Experience with ERP systems
