Staff Accountant

We are seeking a professional Staff Accountant to join a growing team in Spartanburg, SC . This is a full time, permanent/direct hire position with full benefits . The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full cycle Accounting experience and will have strong Excel skills.
Job Description:
- Maintain general ledgers for multiple entities
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Process payments and manage accounts payable aging and ledgers
- Prepare quarterly loan statements
- Support ad hoc reporting requests
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
- Demonstrate company values and guiding principles
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Sage Intacct experience (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who can independently manage projects and initiatives
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- 100% ONSITE
