E-commerce Operations Manager- Clark, NJ Hybrid

OMS Manager
This transformational solution will enable the expansion of our distribution network and support eCommerce growth. We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented, creative thinker to oversee the team. The keys to success are a strong sense of urgency, efficiency, and accuracy.
The successful OMS Manager will collaborate with fellow team members and local operations leadership to drive operational improvement. The OMS Manager must be well-versed in distribution and supply chain operations, performance benchmarking, and KPI/dashboard development.
Experience with database management and related tools is a strong plus.
The ideal candidate is process-oriented and always looking for opportunities to streamline and improve. The individual in this role will work with cross-functional teams to solve complex business issues involving order fulfillment, operational compliance, and inventory optimization.
