Candidate selected will work at Eye Health Center of Troy located at 451 Hoosick Street, Troy NY 12180. Ideal candidate should be comfortable with refraction and tonometry and prior experience of working in an eye care setting is preferred.
Job responsibilities include taking patient history, pretesting like OCT, visual field exams, fundus pictures and helping to keep a good patient flow. We value education and are vested in our employees' professional development.
Personality is of essence as we are an extremely patient-centered facility. The right candidate should carry a professional demeanor along with being friendly and kind. Computer skills and prior experience with electronic health records and HIPPA compliance is a must. EHCT has traditionally been a great place to work at and friendships formed and fostered have been retained for years.
