Occupational Therapist

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in West Orange, New Jersey and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in New Jersey
CPR Certified or ability to obtain
Previous OASIS experience
Previous experience with Computer Charting
6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Home Health Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

$1,924 - $2,120 per week*
15-week contract
Paid by the hour - not by the visit
Occupational Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage
