Answering inbound customer calls, chats, or messages in a professional and helpful manner Listening carefully to customer needs and providing accurate information Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through solutions Documenting customer interactions clearly and accurately Following company policies, procedures, and quality standards Maintaining a positive attitude, even during challenging conversations Working collaboratively with team members and leadership to improve the customer experience Schedule This is a remote position with operating hours between: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and available to work assigned shifts within these hours. Schedules may vary based on business needs, so adaptability is key. Pay We believe in setting you up for success with paid training and a clear path forward. Paid Training: $15.25 per hour Production Pay: $17.00 per hour once training is successfully completed and you move into production What We’re Looking For You don’t need to have your entire career figured out — but you do need to bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
