We're looking for a Talent Specialist - Screener (contract)

As a Talent Specialist - Screener , you are responsible for proactively reviewing candidates to determine if they meet requirements and job experience. Successful candidates will bring a strong service mindset, superior communication skills, a process-driven approach, and a keen attention to detail.

your typical day includes

• Candidate & Partner Engagement: Handling candidate and hiring manager engagement activities.
• Screening & Qualification: Conducting candidate review, screening, pre-qualification, and presentation.
• Pipeline Management: Leading candidates through the initial stages of the application process.

• Compliance: Ensuring strict recruitment process compliance and diligent system administration.
• Collaboration: Working together on special projects to improve delivery and team goals.

your background


key capabilities & qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 6+ months of recruitment support, administration, and/or customer service experience.
• Tech Savvy: Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience alongside a solid understanding of MS Office or Google products.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Compensation: The base salary range for this position is equivalent to $38,010-$51,450 . This role pays hourly and is an RPO contractor position. Pay offered will be based on several factors including education, work experience, location, and specific job duties.
• Variable Pay: Based on eligibility, total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s).
