Dedicated Personnel is hiring a Sales Representative in Hoover to help us grow our client base and drive new business.
We’re looking for someone who is competitive, motivated, and not afraid to pick up the phone, get in front of clients, and close deals. If you thrive on winning new business and building relationships, this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-moving team.

What You’ll Do:
• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
• Spend 4 days per week in the field meeting with local businesses and building relationships
• Create and manage your own sales routes and territory
• Generate leads through calls, in-person visits, and networking
• Present and sell customized staffing solutions
• Partner with recruiting to deliver results for clients
• Grow and manage your own book of business
What We’re Looking For:
• Sales experience preferred—especially in business-to-business or service-based sales
• A strong mindset with a drive to win new business
• Confidence in making calls, setting meetings, and closing deals
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Entry-level candidates with strong drive and ambition will be considered
