We're looking for someone who wants to learn every aspect of running a successful automotive repair shop—from customer service and sales to technician leadership, operations, and financial performance.

Compensation

• $800–$1,100 per week , based on experience

• Performance reviews with opportunities for advancement and increased compensation

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service from vehicle check-in through delivery

• Build trust with customers by explaining repair recommendations honestly and professionally

• Prepare estimates and manage repair orders

• Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers

• Assist with daily shop operations, scheduling, and productivity

• Monitor repair quality and ensure an exceptional customer experience

• Help train and motivate team members

• Learn inventory control, cost management, and key performance metrics

• Work alongside the Store Manager to develop the leadership skills needed to run your own location

What We're Looking For

• Automotive service advisor, assistant manager, or leadership experience preferred

• Automotive repair knowledge required

• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills

• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Leadership mindset with a desire to coach and develop others

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• Experience with shop management software is a plus
