Senior leadership team members have extensive classroom experience and AMI training across multiple levels. Our Head of School, Jamie Rue, is an AMI trainer. Required Experience, Qualifications and Attributes: Associates Degree or Higher A commitment to the school’s mission as a dedicated member of the Montessori community A willingness to contribute to a culture of collaboration and teamwork Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail and organization, and passion for creating an inclusive and dynamic learning environment A positive, team spirit with a desire to work together to support all aspects of the school operations Highly Desired Experience, Qualifications, and Attributes: One to Two years of experience. Desire to fully implement your AMI training in a supportive and constructive environment. Willingness to build strong relationships with parents and caregivers of the children in your class.
