You will have the opportunity to sharpen your skills with Western.Job Description:The Journeyman Install Plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in accordance with local and national plumbing codes. This role requires a high level of skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or lead a small team of apprentices. The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-conscious, and capable of interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure proper installation and functionality of plumbing systems.Key Responsibilities:Install, assemble, and maintain water supply, gas, and drainage systems in residential and light commercial settingsPerform installation of tankless water heaters, boilers, and related plumbing systemsComplete full re-pipes, remodel plumbing, and rough-in work for new construction and renovation projectsInstall and service gas piping and gas distribution lines in compliance with applicable codesOperate plumbing tools and equipment such as pipe threaders, soldering and brazing tools, and system installation equipmentCollaborate effectively with other trades, contractors, and project teams to meet construction timelines and project requirementsEnsure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standardsDocument work performed, materials used, and any recommendations for future serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and professional job site, including proper care of tools, equipment, and company vehiclesProvide excellent customer service and represent the company with integrityQualifications:4+ years of plumbing experienceIdaho Journeyman's licenseValid driver’s licenseStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and customer service skillsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical workBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planTuition reimbursementVisit our website for other opportunities: #J-18808-Ljbffr Western Heating & Cooling Inc
