What You'll Do

As an Appointment Setter, you'll play an essential role in helping homeowners connect with our roofing experts. This is a door-to-door, face-to-face sales position , where you'll work directly in residential neighborhoods speaking with homeowners about their roofing needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Canvassing residential neighborhoods and engaging homeowners door-to-door to introduce True Blue Roofing's services.
• Building rapport and creating positive first impressions through in-person conversations.
• Identifying and qualifying potential customers based on their roofing needs and interest in our services.
• Scheduling appointments for our sales team and ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and daily activities using our CRM system.
• Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
• Participating in ongoing training and coaching to develop your sales and communication skills.
• Working outdoors within your assigned territory and proactively generating new opportunities each day
