Project Manager - Retail Construction

- Fully remote role with luxury retail projects
- Repeat-client pipeline across Southeast & East Coast
- Manage luxury retail interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to track project progress and maintain communication
- Support estimating and preconstruction activities as required
The Successful Applicant
- 2-5 years of construction project management experience
- Experience with high-end or luxury retail construction projects
- Self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Able and willing to travel periodically to project sites throughout the Southeast and East Coast
- Fully remote work environment with flexible PTO culture
