Project Manager - Retail Construction

About Our Client

Our client is a specialized general contractor focused exclusively on high-end retail interior construction. Operating nationwide with a strong presence throughout the Southeast and East Coast, they deliver approximately a dozen premium projects annually for luxury retail brands and maintain long-standing relationships with repeat clients. Job Description

Manage luxury retail interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders
Monitor project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to track project progress and maintain communication
Support estimating and preconstruction activities as required

The Successful Applicant

2-5 years of construction project management experience
Experience with high-end or luxury retail construction projects
Self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Able and willing to travel periodically to project sites throughout the Southeast and East Coast

What's on Offer
