AI Governance Lead

Working remotely, the full-time AI Governance Lead will operationalize the AI governance framework by authoring standards, executing policy processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with various risk management teams. Key responsibilities Author and maintain the bank's AI standards library, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidance Partner with the AI platform team to enforce governance requirements and validate evidence for audits Serve as the primary interface for AI governance matters with Technology Risk Management and Compliance, preparing examiner-readiness packages Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in technology risk, IT governance, or compliance, or a combined minimum of 9 years' relevant experience in lieu of a degree Demonstrated experience in authoring technology standards and mapping them to regulatory obligations Technical fluency with modern AI systems, including LLM-based applications and API gateways Experience with internal audits and regulatory examinations Strong analytical writing skills for producing standards and evidence narratives
