Position SummaryThe Outside Kitchen & Bath Showroom Sales Reprentative is responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners, while also supporting showroom sales efforts. This role combines field-based sales with in-showroom customer engagement to deliver seamless, first-class customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesOutside Sales (Primary Focus)Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and trade professionals within assigned territoryIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market shareConduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and job site visitsPromote showroom products including cabinetry, fixtures, lighting, and related materialsGenerate and follow-up on leads to closing new business and expand existing accounts Track sales activity, customer visits, and opportunities using CRM toolsStay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product linesShowroom Sales SupportCollaborate with showroom team to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experienceSupport showroom displays, organization, and product knowledgePrepare quotes, proposals, and order documentation, as requiredCustomer Relationship ManagementServe as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat businessFollow up on quotes, orders, and completed projectsAddress customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally  Qualifications4+ years of sales experience, preferably in kitchen & bath, construction, or building materialsStrong relationship-building and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage sales territoryKnowledge of kitchen & bath products, design concepts, or willingness to learnExperience with CRM systems and basic computer skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel within territory Preferred SkillsExperience with 20/20 or similar design software (a plus)Strong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to read plans or collaborate on design projectsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindset Work EnvironmentCombination of field sales (customer visits, job sites) and showroom supportRegular interaction with customers in person, by phone, and via emailFast-paced environment requiring multitasking and strong attention to detail Success FactorsBuild strong, lasting customer relationshipsConsistently meets or exceeds sales goalsDelivers a professional and consultative sales approachContributes to a positive, team-oriented showroom environment
