This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy physical work, and take pride in accuracy, safety, and teamwork.Requirements:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Accurately pick customer orders using Easy-Pick order processing technologySafely load pallets and product onto delivery trucksReceive, organize, and stock warehouse inventoryMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentOperate warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety standardsMeet productivity and quality expectations while working independently and as part of a teamPerform additional duties as assigned by warehouse leadershipQualifications and Requirements:Ability to safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and walkie power jacksStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environmentPositive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work flexible hours when business needs require.Successfully pass a drug screen, physical and background checkFrequently lift, carry, push, and pull product throughout the shiftAbility to lift 25+ pounds repeatedly and up to 165 pounds occasionallyRemain on your feet for extended periods, including walking, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and operating equipmentWear an order picking device throughout the entire work shiftAbility to meet the visual and physical requirements necessary to perform warehouse duties safely and effectivelyWorking Conditions:This position operates in a climate-controlled warehouse environment. Consistent attendance and adherence to safety procedures are essential.
