Word Processing Specialist

A large global law firm is seeking an experienced Word Processing Specialist to provide advanced document production and technical support to attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment. Work Hours 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 11:30 PM (depending on location) What You'll Do Create, format, and edit legal documents from multiple sources. Generate TOCs, TOAs, redlines, and document comparisons. Produce PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets. Convert and edit PDF files and perform image/graphic manipulation. Create mail merges, figures, charts, and visual content. Support attorneys and staff by ensuring deadlines and document specifications are met. Troubleshoot document production issues and provide technical assistance. What You Bring 3+ years of legal word processing or document production experience. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Litera, Best Authority, iManage, and related legal software. Typing speed of 65+ WPM with exceptional accuracy. Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently in a high-volume, deadline-focused environment.
