CNA - $25/hr Overnight Weekend

The facility provides memory care and healthcare to a tight‑knit community of veteran residents who appreciate camaraderie and high‑quality care. Key Details Hours: 11 pm – 7 am Days: Options to work Fri‑Sun or Sat‑Mon Pay: $25 per hour Location: Chelsea, MA (free on‑site parking and nearby MBTA access) Duties Provides exceptional nursing care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN. Records vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration) as part of the nursing care plan and enters data into Meditech. Communicates with patients for assistance or social and emotional support. Maintains a safe and hygienic environment for patients. Provides physical support to assist patients in performing daily living activities, including but not limited to getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, standing, or walking. Gathers and documents information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition. Requirements Active or current CNA certification in Massachusetts. At least 1–2 years of long‑term care or skilled nursing experience. Availability to work every weekend and overnight shift (11 pm – 7 am) on either Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday. Preferred Qualifications Dementia care training (training can be provided).
