Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist Locations: Amarillo, TX; Lubbock, TX Asset Living is a third‑party management firm committed to fostering thriving communities nationwide. Responsibilities Review affordable housing resident files for eligibility and compliance with all required laws. Review applicant files and complete reviews within 24 hours of receipt. Adhere to all policies and procedures as set forth in the personnel manual. Monitor changes in LIHTC regulations and requirements and implement updates as needed. Attend TDHCA trainings annually and complete HCCP training within the first two years of employment, achieving a passing score for the HCCP designation. Participate in all tax credit reviews conducted by outside entities. Travel up to 50% of work time annually for property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business‑related activities. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and a detail‑oriented approach. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with RealPage OnSite Tax Credit software. Housing Credit Certified Professional designation preferred; if not certified, completion of HCCP training within first two years of employment and passing score required.
