Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative
Hiring immediately for a retail sales associate / customer service representative in the beauty industry. The Amazing Lash Studio brand is the industry leader for eyelash extension and eyebrow services with a mission to create lasting beauty and confidence through passion, dedication and excellence so our guests will look and feel AMAZING!

Qualifications:
- Customer service oriented
- Results oriented, metrics driven
- Sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
- MindBody Software experience a plus

Responsibilities
- Reports to Studio Manager
- Must be willing to work your scheduled hours each week
- Must have a flexible schedule and work weekends and evenings as needed
- Must fully commit to your responsibilities in the employee handbook:
- Designs specific eyelash treatments based upon guest's individual needs
- Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the studio's policies and procedures
- Understands and promotes Amazing Lash's service offerings including choice upgrades
- Understands and promotes Amazing Lash's exclusive retail products for guest's at-home usage and aftercare
- Creates excellent experience for guests through welcoming, friendly and helpful attitude
- Provides frequency recommendations and education to members/guests on proper lash aftercare
- Generates new clientele through referral discount program
- Helps maintain professionalism and cleanliness of lash rooms and common studio areas
- Maintains and seeks knowledge of Amazing Lash's exclusive product line and services by attending new product and lash care promotions, in-house instruction, and education/training classes
- Assist studio in activities such as staff meetings, promotions, and housekeeping duties.
- Assist in all areas of salon operation as requested by management.
