Work Environment

As an on-site Rehabilitation Facility, our clinic provides a supportive and interactive atmosphere. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a work-life balance conducive to personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients using an array of diagnostic tools and techniques to evaluate their range of motion, muscle strength, and functional capabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, aligning with physician recommendations and patient goals, while actively monitoring and modifying plans based on response to interventions.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities such as heat and electrical stimulation, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout.
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers, equipping them with necessary skills for self-care and home exercise programs to enhance recovery.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide insights into patient treatment and functional capabilities, enhancing interdisciplinary communication and patient outcomes.
• Oversee and mentor non-professional staff, ensuring that treatment modalities are delivered consistently and effectively under your supervision.
