Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Vitality Care Clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for pediatric and adult patients, assessing their specific needs and challenges.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with patients' goals, ensuring collaborative involvement from patients and their families.
• Regularly reassessing clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, making modifications as necessary to ensure optimal progress.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using the clinic's electronic record system, including SOAP notes and care plans.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families, offering insights into the recovery process and setting realistic expectations for challenges along the way.
• Meeting minimum utilization goals and contributing to team objectives in alignment with organizational standards.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to optimize treatment plans and ensure comprehensive care for patients receiving multiple services.
• Embodying and promoting the clinic's core values and culture, acting as an advocate for our services.

Qualifications

The successful candidate for this Physical Therapist position should meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated willingness to conduct evaluations and treatment both in-person and via telehealth, as appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include:
