HR Administrator Location: Atkins, AR • Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour • Shift: 8 AM-5 PM | Monday-Friday Bring Your People Skills. We'll Bring the Opportunity. Problem-solver, people-person, multitasker. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business, or a related field strongly preferred Minimum of 3 years of payroll and HR experience Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR administrative functions Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and other business software applications Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and diversified workloads effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem‑solving skills and commitment to accuracy and compliance Benefits Good weekly pay you can count on Medical, dental, vision + life insurance Optional 401(k) Great people Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
