Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Vice President, Board members, and senior leadership team. This role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational expertise, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials for senior leadership.
• Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements, including logistics and accommodations.
• Support meetings by scheduling, preparing materials, and documenting minutes and follow-up action items.
• Act as a key point of contact by screening, prioritizing, and distributing communications and information.
• Maintain organized filing systems, manage office supplies, and assist with light administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist with special projects, initiatives, and other duties as assigned by executive leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude for learning new systems and tools.
• Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping practices.
• Typing speed of 50+ words per minute preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in executive support, administrative, or a similar role supporting senior leadership.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
