CNC Machinist
Direct hire opening with our client for a CNC Machinist with HAAS experience to join a growing team. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring strong machining knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to perform both setup and precision bench work.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate HAAS CNC machines with high precision
- Perform skilled bench work for fabrication, repair, and alteration of parts and machinery
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for part production
- Work with a variety of materials and tools to produce parts to exact specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements and Experience
- Journeyman certification preferred but not required
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience (not just operating or programming)
- Strong knowledge of HAAS CNC equipment and controls
- Ability to perform setups and read complex mechanical drawings
- Solid work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently
