Then a Service Advisor position with Allen Chevrolet Cadillac may be a perfect fit for you! Our Service Advisors are the voice and the face of our dealership. They also are the vital link between our customers and our technicians - keeping our customers informed and their service timely. Automotive, phone or sales experience is preferred, but not required. Service Advisors can expect to make between $40k - $100k per year including salary + commissions.

What We Require for this Role:

• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced, call center environment
• Great phone voice and etiquette
• Strong computer skills and data entry efficiency
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and enter customers' list of needs.
• Continuously communicate with customers throughout the service process.
• Contact extended warranty companies for authorization for repairs.
• Utilized knowledge of General Motors' warranty to determine accurate coverage levels.
• Partner with technicians to understand estimated time frames for repairs.
• Bill out repair orders utilizing CDK system.
