Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shift | Mon–Wed 6:30 PM–3:00 AM, Fri 7:00 AM–7:30 PM, plus one Saturday per month 7:00 AM–7:30 PM | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
• Operate GE and Philips MRI systems to produce diagnostic-quality images
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the scanning process, including MRI screening procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support accurate and timely diagnostic imaging
• Maintain equipment readiness and adhere to departmental quality control standards

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
• ARRT(MR) certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Magnetic Resonance Imaging) required
• Candidates must not have worked in a permanent, per diem, or travel capacity at any affiliated Beth Israel network facility within the past 6 months
• Local candidates are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on experience operating GE MRI systems
• Hands-on experience operating Philips MRI systems
• Prior experience in a hospital or acute care imaging environment
