Metra is seeking a strategic, data-driven Chief Human Resources Officer to lead HR services for a workforce of more than 3,400 employees. The CHRO reports to the Deputy Executive Director for Administration and partners with the executive team to set workforce strategy and ensure workforce readiness as retirement risk grows. The role oversees talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, development, culture, engagement, and inclusion, with responsibility for governance, ethics, and KPIs across #J-18808-Ljbffr Metra Commuter Rail
