Manufacturing Production Laborer

Position Haines City Plant – Direct Labor Production (Warehouse Manufacturing) Responsibilities Perform direct labor production tasks related to building new homes in our warehouse‑style manufacturing facilities. Follow company standards for quality, safety, and productivity. Work primarily indoors with possible outdoor exposure. Position Details Hiring immediately Work hours: 5:00 am – 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday Base pay: $22.65 per hour, with increases based on experience Qualifications No prior experience required; higher wages available for those with framing, millwork, trim, or other related construction experience. Excellent attendance record and willingness to collaborate to achieve productivity goals. Ability to work in a safety‑focused environment, indoors or outdoors as required. Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs. Experience with hand tools, nail & staple guns, and ability to read a tape measure is preferred but not required. Benefits Weekly wage payments.
