Program Assistant

The Program Assistant will provide administrative and program support to help ensure a successful onboarding, placement, and training experience for university students. We're looking for someone who Has experience in HR, personnel, administration, or a related field Has experience working with community partners or nonprofit organizations Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills Has excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Has experience working in an educational setting with diverse populations (preferred, not required) What you'll do Assist with onboarding approximately 100 university students Support the placement and matching of fellows with community partner sites Help coordinate and support Fall training scheduled for August 10–14, 2026 Maintain accurate records and assist with program administration Communicate with fellows, staff, and community partners as needed Provide general administrative support and complete other duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
