Direct Support Program Supervisor

Position Information Pay rate: $19/hr Union Dues: 0.5% per paycheck Shift: House Manager Role – 1:1 with client, Sunday – Thursday, 2 pm – 10 pm Mandatory Requirement: This is a driving position. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to verify at least one year of active driving history. If the license was issued less than one year ago, drivers must provide a motor‑vehicle record, previous license, or other acceptable documentation. Failure to provide documentation will result in ineligibility for employment. Responsibilities Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in a range of administrative duties, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals served in the program. Provide support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. Perform duties that include direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision. Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. One year of related work experience. Must be 18 years or older. Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance. Other licensure or certification required by regulatory authority. Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those served. Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.
