Electrician

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Industrial and Commercial Electrician for ongoing first-shift work in the Richmond, VA and Charlottesville area. Pay is $26 to $32 per hour based on experienced, W-2 based work. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, with commercial based projects. This is steady, hands-on work across local sites. First shift is Monday through Friday with no rotating shifts.

Pay and Schedule
• $26 to $32 per hour W-2, based on experience

• Occasional overtime available

Responsibilities
• Install and maintain industrial electrical systems
• Run conduit, pull wire, and land panel feeders
• Troubleshoot faults on 120V through 480V systems
• Read schematics, one-lines, and blueprints
• Follow lockout tagout and arc-flash safety

Qualifications
• 2 plus years industrial or commercial electrical
• Confident with conduit, wire pulls, terminations
• Comfortable working with 120V through 480V systems
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
