Freezer Lead

Essential Duties And Responsibilities For All Coordinators Coordinate day-to-day workflow, training and troubleshooting in a multi-temperature environment; including temperatures at or below freezing Using WMS or other systems/reports, track and/or review productivity to ensure goals, deadlines and outputs are met in an accurate an efficient manner. Provide constructive and timely feedback to associates (one on one or in a group setting) regarding performance and productivity. Conduct start-up meetings for the entire department as needed. Assist in updating and documenting process changes and training plans. Impact retention positively by fostering respectful team environment through professional communication, motivation and timely problem resolution Work on the floor in a production role during non-peak performing manual labor as required Adhere to all safety, security and SQF requirements Perform other duties and work in other departments as assigned Maintains reasonable and reliable attendance. Basic math skills Physical Demands Ability to work in cold storage environment (-10° to 40°) Lift up to 30lbs continuously and 50lbs on occasion Walk and stand for entire shift (8-10 hours) and stoop, kneel, crawl and climb Education And/or Experience High School diploma or equivalent required. 2+ year of supervisory or leadership experience.
