What You'll Do Recruit & Place Talent

• Source, recruit, interview, and place candidates in positions that align with their skills and career goals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across a variety of industries.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and assignment details.
• Conduct employment verifications and reference checks.
• Maintain ongoing communication with associates to ensure successful placements and positive experiences.

Support Client Hiring Needs

• Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs and workforce challenges.
• Gather job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Fill open positions efficiently while maintaining high-quality candidate matches.
• Provide consistent communication and updates throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct client visits, safety walkthroughs, and relationship-building meetings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Grow Business Relationships

• Develop and strengthen relationships with both existing clients and prospective businesses.
• Make outbound calls and marketing contacts to identify new business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Promote workforce solutions and staffing services to prospective clients.
• Participate in networking events and community outreach initiatives.

Contribute to Team Success

• Collaborate with recruiters, sales professionals, and office staff to achieve hiring goals.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within internal systems.
• Assist with recruiting, administrative, and front-office activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a relationship-driven mindset.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business relationships.
• Self-motivated while also working effectively within a collaborative team.

Preferred:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
