Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Description Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Current and unrestricted OT licensure in the state of Indiana. Recent skilled home care experience proficiency. HomeCare HomeBase and OASIS proficiency. Understanding of Medicare guidelines for home care. Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle. Master's or Doctorate required. Assignment Details Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Weekend rotation required. Potential availability on observed holidays is required. Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
