Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols and monitor premises to detect and prevent suspicious activity.
• Control access points, verify credentials, and ensure only authorized personnel enter secured areas.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Document occurrences accurately by completing detailed reports and incident records.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations while providing excellent customer service.
• Perform preventive maintenance on security equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, law enforcement, and emergency personnel as required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate clearly in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Valid Florida Class D Security Officer License (required).
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate smartphones and security technology for reporting and communication.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
