We're looking for a motivated and skilled Landscape Team Leader to join our team and help us bring our clients' visions to life.

As a Landscape Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of our projects, overseeing installations and ensuring every detail is executed to perfection. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team in residential landscape installations.
- Installing irrigation systems, sod, trees, plants, fences, and concrete.
- Operating equipment such as mini skids, trenchers, and augers.
- Ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in residential landscape installations.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, plants, sod, trees, fences, concrete, and general landscaping.
- Experience operating equipment like mini skids, trenchers, and augers.
- Leadership skills—prior management experience is helpful but not required. We're happy to train the right person!
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
