Chipton-Ross is seeking a Material Handler for a contract opportunity in Cleveland, MS.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule and overtime as required.
• Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality •standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical or discrepancy issues occur.
• Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the handling and movement of parts in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform quality checks or inspections and complete documentation as required.
• Contribute to in-production batch changeovers and line clearances.
• Perform set up and break down functions as required.
• Must be willing to rotate among various tasks within the department.
• Perform custodial and general housekeeping functions to keep a clean working environment.
• Any duties unique to assigned department.
• Work in a clean room environment.

• Full-Time
• 1st Shift

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
