Line Cook Morning Shift

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Food and Beverage Cook to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. This is a morning shift only position.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of burgers, sides, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.

- Ensure all food items are prepared and presented to the highest quality standards, maintaining consistency in taste and appearance.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, keeping a clean and organized workspace.

Assist in monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and minimizing waste.

Work closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or special requests.

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role preferred.

Strong culinary skills, with a focus on grill and fryer techniques. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Familiarity with inventory management and kitchen equipment.

Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot and fast-paced environment.
