To learn more visit us at How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Responsible for regulatory assistance, recordkeeping, systems control and general lab duties. Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product. State requested pathogen sampling. Equipment and environmental swabbing. Pasteurizer timing/sealing scheduling including assisting inspectors. Bulk chemical concentration mixing. Pest control monitoring including assisting PCO. Maintain charts making sure they are in compliance with State and associated records. Responsible for chemical inventory and ordering. COA recordkeeping and distribution. Calibration of thermometers and charting thermometers. Do CIP systems audits. General relief lab duties, including using FT 120, cleaning of work area, washing glassware, using the distiller and cheese grinding. State required water sampling. Assist chemical representatives. You Are Best Suited For The Role If You…. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in use of the computer. Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills. Maintain good sanitation and housekeeping of work areas. Compliance to Saputo Food Safety policies. Follow all safety rules, procedures, and standard operating procedures. Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals.
