Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP System Analyst with strong programming, SQL, .NET, ERP integration, and application support experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and supporting manufacturing applications, gathering business requirements, developing system solutions, and providing L2/L3 production support.
Experience with Flexflow, Baan ERP, manufacturing ERP systems, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Gather requirements from customers, business teams, and operations teams and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Design, customize, and enhance manufacturing workflow applications to support new business requirements and process improvements.
- Support new customer onboarding by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Standardize solutions and develop playbooks, technical documentation, and process guides for repeatable implementations.
- Design and implement ERP and application interfaces with manufacturing systems, ERP platforms, test equipment, and external customer systems.
- Develop and maintain system integrations using appropriate interfacing protocols and technologies.
- Perform functional, system, and integration testing for implemented solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 application and production support , including incident troubleshooting and resolution.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Analyze application issues and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
- Translate Business Requirements Documents into detailed functional and technical specifications for development and solution teams.
- Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, operations, developers, and other technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Support multiple projects and customer requirements while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
- Strong programming and application development skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Flexflow design and operational/application support or a comparable manufacturing workflow platform.
- Strong knowledge of SQL / Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) .
- Experience with .NET programming and application development .
- Experience with ERP systems integration and application interfacing .
- Experience with functional and integration testing.
- Hands-on experience providing L2/L3 production or application support .
- Strong experience with Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, and Preventive Actions .
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with Baan ERP or similar manufacturing ERP platforms.
- Experience integrating ERP systems with manufacturing applications or workflow platforms.
- Experience with SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) .
- Experience integrating applications with manufacturing/test equipment.
- Experience integrating external customer systems.
- Experience developing APIs or working with system integration protocols.
- Experience creating functional and technical specifications from business requirements.
- Experience with customer onboarding and solution standardization.
- Manufacturing operations or high-volume manufacturing experience.
- Experience supporting multiple customer projects or manufacturing sites.

Candidates with strong programming and ERP integration experience, particularly those who have worked with Flexflow, Baan, or similar manufacturing workflow/ERP platforms , will be highly relevant.
Education- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field , or equivalent professional experience.
