As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Perris, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Security Officer supporting a government transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, riders, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or service-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events according to location guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, administrative buildings, parking areas, platforms, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, public areas, and restricted spaces, verify permissions when required, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Support location operations during public interactions, emergencies, and/or scheduled activities by providing directions, communicating observed concerns, and following post orders and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
