Phlebotomist Part Time - Winter Springs, FL

Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Phlebotomy certification, completed training program, or at least 3 months experience as a phlebotomist Preferred Qualifications 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification must be from an accredited agency if no work experience Must pass a standardized color blindness test Flexibility to work overtime as needed Exceptional customer service Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently or in a team environment Comfortable working under minimal supervision Reliable transportation Job Schedule 20 hours weekly, every Saturday from 7am-11am and 4 weekdays on a rotating schedule from 7am-11am.
