It's a role for someone who thrives on fast‑paced schedules, tight coordination, and hitting deadlines without sacrificing quality. You’ll run structural steel projects from kickoff to closeout. You’ll create detailed schedules that align shop, field, and client expectations. You’ll keep budgets tight, contracts clean, and communication clear. You’ll be the face of High Plains for our clients and subs, representing us with integrity and professionalism. You’ll reinforce our high‑quality standards daily in the field and behind the scenes. What You Need to Succeed as a Project Manager 3+ years of commercial construction management experience, with a preference for structural steel. Proficiency in Tekla PowerFab and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong knowledge of AISC Code of Standard Practice. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and connection details. Reliable transportation to job sites. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in construction environments.
